1. Q. How can I make money for my school, club, church’s, charities, non-profit organization, P.T.A., sports team? How Does Fundraising work?
A. Just like Mary K, Girl Scouts. You take orders from your customer and they pay you upfront the retail price for the items. Which will be the price listed in the catalog. Once you have taken your orders, your organization or group will then keep 50% of the of the retail price. You then take those orders and transfer them to the Fundraising order form and total that sheet up.
2. Q. How do I get started?
A. To get started in our fundraising program you will first need to request a catalog for each member participating in your group or organization. Once you receive catalogs, distribute them to your participating members to begin taking orders right away. Give your members a due date for when you will need to have all orders and money collected.
3. Q. How does the fundraising minimum work?
A.To be able to receive the discount fundraiser price, your organization or group must at least sell 25 calendars or more for this program.
4. Q. What forms of payment are available?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American express. Debit card, pay pal, and check or money orders. Made out to (Bent Publishing).
5. Q. How are the Orders shipped and when will we receive the products?
A. Bulk orders, by the case. It's 100 calendars to a case. And you can mix and match different calendars in a case. Each case is $400.00 per case and $35.00 for shipping and you will receive it in 3 to 5 business days once we receive the payment.
